I think this fish oil is of great help to me. I bought a bottle. After using it, I found that my body has changed and it helped me, so I bought two bottles to share and stock up. I recognize this brand and hope to give it to others. Need some advice from anyone

The sachets make things a lot more convenient. You can pack it in your lunch bag, or take them with you when you travel. I also kept one in my glovebox so when I forgot to bring one to work I had a backup. The ingredients are very good. Resveratrol, grape seed, green tea, blueberry, goji berry, pomegranate, and cranberry. There's a wide variety of health benefits in this blend so it's certainly a good product. It tastes great, very fruity with just enough sweetness. It also mixes well in morning smoothies.
